For example, they enable us to analyse how many recipients open the newsletter message and how often each link in the newsletter is clicked, in addition to other aspects. Purpose of personal data processing
We process personal data for the prevention, investigation, and detection of criminal offences, the preservation of evidence, identification of unauthorised access, exercising of property rights, as well as for making civil claims. They are also used for the protection of employees, customers and other visitors.

We store data captured on our premises in the area covered by the mounted cameras, including the images of people and vehicles that have entered the premises. The data are obtained directly from the data subject.

We process the above-mentioned personal data predominantly in the interests of protection and for defence against criminal offences such as assault, theft, abduction, arson, material damage and trespass; for the protection of our property, our employees, our customers and our visitors; and for the protection of our buildings and facilities.

We process the above-mentioned personal data and forward them to public authorities such as the police, if the subject of the recording is a criminal offence. Otherwise, data are transmitted to public bodies only on request and under the statutory powers of the inquiring public authority.
How long will be data be stored?
The video surveillance recordings are deleted immediately if they are no longer required to achieve the purpose of storage, or if continued storage of the data would damage the interests of a data subject who requires protection.
Will data be transferred to a third country or international organisation?
No data is transferred to third countries (countries outside the European Economic Area - EEA).
What are my data protection rights?
Each affected person has the right of access under Article 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR, the right to restricted processing under Article 18 GDPR and the right to data portability under Article. 20 GDPR.
