Acquisition of the British packaging manufacturer Jaffabox Ltd, headquartered in Birmingham

With the takeover of the British, Birmingham-based packaging manufacturer, Jaffabox, Schumacher Packaging further expands its presence on the European market. The number of employees climbs to more than 3,500.

2019

In the summer, Schumacher Packaging introduces Halopack to the market, a cardboard MAP food packaging with up to 90 % less plastic content.

The Group receives the "Bayerns Best 50" award as one of the fastest growing SMEs.

Around the same time, Amazon lists Schumacher Packaging as an APASS member for packaging tests.

In the summer, the second high-performance digital printing machine goes into operation at the Greven plant.

2020
Foundation of Schumacher Pack Solution GmbH

May sees the foundation of the company Schumacher Pack Solution GmbH, which opens its own online shop. This shop sells a variety of products, including e-commerce packaging and hygiene products, such as corrugated board partition walls.

2021
Commissioning of the RSR® printer from BHS

At the Greven site, Schumacher Packaging commissions a newly-developed, highly-efficient digital printing machine; the RSR® printer (RSR®: Roll to printed Sheet in Real Time) from BHS Corrugated. The printer is the result of a long-standing development partnership between Schumacher Packaging and BHS Corrugated Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH.
