Take-over of F. Luce Verpackungswerk in Bielefeld

Wulf Schumacher takes over F. Luce Verpackungswerk in Bielefeld and thereby begins his expansion strategy.

2000
Foundation of the subsidiary Tektura in Poland

January sees the newly founded subsidiary Tektura, commencing production at their specially built plant in Wrocław, Poland. The company participates in a joint venture with Verpa Folie Wrocław, manufacturers of polyethylene film.

2001
Launch of the Sonneberg plant

The new company Luce Verpackungswerk GmbH in Sonneberg becomes one of the most modern production facilities for offset printed packaging.

2002
Take-over of Kartonax GmbH & Co. KG in Nuremberg

The family-run company takes over Kartonax GmbH & Co. KG in Nuremberg, a long-standing folding box manufacturer.
