Your duties
- Starting up and shutting down the board machine (BM) as well as individual units
- Process control on the board machine
- Monitoring quality parameters such as sizing, colour, grammage, moisture, flatness, cut quality or correct packaging
- Monitoring and controlling the dosage of chemical additives
- Carrying out cleaning, maintenance and lubrication work on board machines, round screen section, dryer section/cylinder
- Implementing and enforcing measures for assurance of quality, environmental and hygiene management
- Reviewing industrial health and safety regulations
- Supplying laboratory reserves
Your profile
Successfully completed vocational training as a packaging mechanic, packaging technologist, cardboard box maker, machine and system operator (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Comprehensive process understanding
Basic manual skills, basic technical knowledge, careful conduct and quality awareness
Ability to work independently and as a team, physical resilience even under high work stress
Willingness to work towards qualification
Willingness to carry out shift work (three-shift system)
