Your duties
- Preparation, installation and independent management of cardboard processing machines (die cutting, printing and gluing machines) after an intensive training period
- Production and quality control of items according to specification
- Identifying discrepancies, carrying out fault analyses, introducing corrective measures
- Ability to work independently to achieve a high level of quality and minimal rejection rates
- Cleaning, maintenance and repair work
Your profile
Successfully completed vocational training as a packaging technologist, packaging mechanic, machine and system operator (m/f/d) or similar qualification
Practical experience with cardboard converting machines
Forklift licence is desirable
Good to very good spoken and written German language skills
Willingness to work on a three-shift system
Reliability and quality awareness
Ability to work in a team and commitment
