The Greven success story begins

On 30 June, the plant in Greven officially goes into productive operation. Built on a 110,000 sqm site at AirportPark FMO in Greven, it is located in the immediate vicinity of Münster/Osnabrück Airport. Already in the first stage of expansion, the investment amounts to 45 million euros. With the new Greven plant, the growing Schumacher Packaging Group is strategically pursuing the goal of bringing the production of corrugated board packaging even closer to important sales regions such as Northwest Germany, the Ruhr region, Benelux and Scandinavia.

The new Greven plant thus has a state-of-the-art corrugated board plant and six equally modern converting machines on a factory area of 30,000 square metres. In addition, there is a high-bay warehouse with a capacity of 15,000 Euro pallets. The 2.50 m wide corrugator from BHS is equipped with two single-sided machines for the production of single and double flute corrugated board and can produce all common flute types including F-flute.
