Your duties
- Supporting machine personnel in installing and equipping production machinery and plants for cardboard converting as well as assisting in the removal and inspection of half-finished and finished products
- Independent preparation, installation, operation and monitoring of our cardboard converting machines (die cutters, printers and gluing folding machines) and production plants after an intensive training period
- Production and quality control of items according to specification
- Providing support in identifying discrepancies, carrying out fault analyses, introducing corrective measures
- Ability to work independently to achieve a high level of quality and minimal rejection rates
- Supporting cleaning, maintenance and repair work
- Transport and sorting activities
Your profile
Successfully completed vocational training as a packaging technologist, packaging mechanic, machine and system operator (m/f/d) or similar qualification
Professional experience in the field of production, ideally with knowledge of using cardboard processing machines
Manual skills, physical fitness
Good to very good spoken and written German language skills
Willingness to work on a three-shift system
Reliability and quality awareness
Ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment
