NEW! Schumacher MultipleX display
Schumacher Multiplex is the first corrugated board display to come in a cost-effective, modular design. The customer can choose from a wide range of different pre-fabricated components to combine them into the ideal display for their purposes – without incurring tooling or printing costs for customisation. In addition to shelves, the range includes various trays, which can also be angled or stacked. The display shell has fittings for the attachment of Euro-hooks. Thanks to the modular design, the Schumacher Multiplex Display is so flexible that it can be used simultaneously for standing goods, loose products and hanging goods. The base is adjustable to two different heights by means of perforations, and is compatible with 1/4-chep palettes. The Multiplex module system is based on the standard size of 600 x 400 mm – with a height including the shell of 1,600 mm – and is available in the colours red, blue, green and silver. In addition to the wealth of variants, the Multiplex Display is suitable for a wide range of products and sectors thanks to its high load-bearing capacity.
Anyone who wants to individualise their Multiplex Display even further can also do so in a very cost-effective way by simply using a digitally printed top sign. Schumacher supplies the individual Multiplex Display in small production runs from 50 pieces. The modules of the Multiplex Display can be assembled quickly and easily. Schumacher can also supply individual extensions above and beyond the existing module range on request. An outer carton can also be supplied if required.
The Multiplex system offers the following prefabricated parts, which can be combined to create a host of different display variants:
- Base and compartments, separable from 500 to 300 mm base height – both heights can be fixed on hep palettes
- An 1100 mm high shell with fully variable height adjustment of the trays by hole perforations with 70 mm spacing and patented hole punching for Euro-hooks
- Shelves for use with the shell
- Standard tray for use in the shell or in combination with supporting inserts
- 250 mm high supporting insert for the standard tray, for use without shell
- Inclined tray for loose goods
- Stacking tray for use without shell – additional stacking inserts allow the individual height adjustment of the individual stacked trays
